Is it really unlimited?

Yes. Creator and Studio have no limit on how many videos you create each month. Creator runs up to 3 videos at the same time and Studio has no plan limit; during busy moments videos wait briefly in a queue and start automatically.

What do I get for free?

Every new account can claim a free Trial with 2 videos. No card is needed.

How long and what size can videos be?

5, 10, 15 or 30 seconds (30 seconds on Seedance 2.5), in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1.

Can I use the videos commercially?

Yes, you can use the videos you create for personal and commercial projects, as long as your prompts and images respect our Terms of Service.

How do I cancel?

Open Plan & usage and choose Manage billing, or email us. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Can I get a refund?

If Framelyo isn't for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full as long as you've created no more than 5 videos. See the refund policy for details.
